- Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations applicable to financial services platforms operating in the Bangladesh market.
- KYC identity documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of submission or from the date of account closure, whichever is later.
- Customer support communication records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction, to allow for dispute resolution and service quality review.
