This document constitutes the binding legal agreement between you and najee governing all use of our platform — including account registration, sports betting, casino games, payments, bonuses, and responsible gaming. Please read this agreement carefully before using any part of the najee platform.

18+ Age Requirement — Strictly Enforced
najee is exclusively available to adults aged 18 years and above. Age verification is mandatory as part of the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one (1) najee account. Duplicate accounts are strictly forbidden. If multiple accounts are detected under the same identity, device, or payment method, najee reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
BDT Payments — Verified Methods Only
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are prohibited. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi banks. Minimum deposit is ৳500.
Bonus Terms Apply
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry periods detailed in the applicable promotion terms. Abuse of bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
Account Security Is Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. najee will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you notify najee support of a security breach.
Fair Play Is Non-Negotiable
Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, exploitation of platform errors, and any other form of dishonest play are strictly prohibited. najee reserves the right to void bets, close accounts, and withhold funds where fraudulent activity is identified, with or without prior notice.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the najee platform at najee.vip (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "najee", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies or rules published on the Platform.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and najee with respect to your use of the Platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. najee recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Access to the najee Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age. najee strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions.
- You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of najee, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You are not using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
Age Verification
najee is firmly committed to preventing underage gambling. As part of the mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process, all account holders are required to submit valid identity documentation — including a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport — prior to activation of withdrawal functionality and, where applicable, prior to first deposit. najee reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.
Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed without notice. All deposits made to such an account will be returned to the original payment method where technically feasible, minus any winnings generated, which will be forfeited. najee co-operates fully with relevant authorities in cases of suspected underage gambling.
3. Account Registration and KYC
Registration Requirements
To use the full features of the najee Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, and email address. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
One Account Policy
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on najee. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. najee employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended and investigated. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at najee's discretion.
KYC Verification Process
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory for all najee account holders. The KYC process requires submission of the following documents:
- Proof of Identity: A clear colour copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport, showing your full name, photograph, and date of birth.
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the past three months showing your name and current residential address.
- Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account registered to your najee account, confirming ownership.
najee reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by the support team may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality or permanent account closure.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. najee will never ask you for your password. You must notify najee support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. najee accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Accepted Payment Methods
najee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by najee; however, payment provider limits may apply.
- All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within the processing time of the relevant payment method. najee accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
- najee does not charge platform-side fees on standard local payment method deposits. Bank and provider-side fees are the responsibility of the account holder.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder.
- KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the payment method selected. Same-day processing is available for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during standard business hours (BST, UTC+6).
- najee reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.
- Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
General Betting Rules
All bets placed on the najee Platform are subject to these Terms and Conditions and to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, and market. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended, except where najee explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for a specific market.
Bet Acceptance and Void Bets
najee reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Bets placed on markets where a pricing or technical error has occurred.
- Bets where the outcome was already known at the time of placement (late bets).
- Bets that form part of a suspected fraudulent pattern, including but not limited to match-fixing, arbitrage, or exploitation of bonus offers.
- Bets placed by accounts under review for KYC compliance or suspected policy violation.
Live In-Play Betting
Live in-play betting markets — including real-time cricket, football, and kabaddi odds — are offered subject to the availability of reliable data feeds from najee's third-party data providers. In the event of a data feed interruption or significant delay, najee reserves the right to suspend live markets temporarily. Any bets accepted during a confirmed data delay may be voided at najee's discretion, and no liability will attach to najee for such voiding.
Casino Games and Random Number Generators
All casino games available on the najee Platform — including slot games, live dealer tables, and virtual games — are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. These providers use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. najee does not control the underlying game software or RNG algorithms; game outcomes are determined solely by the provider's certified systems.
Maximum Payout Limits
najee applies maximum payout limits on a per-market, per-event, and per-account basis. These limits are reviewed regularly and may vary by sport, game type, and player tier. najee reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual account without providing a reason. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting market or game interface where applicable.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
najee offers various promotional offers, bonuses, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards to eligible account holders. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, expiry dates, and eligibility criteria. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance on expiry.
Bonus Abuse and Fraud
najee operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities are considered abuse and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds, including deposits:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses or other one-time promotions more than once.
- Placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent.
- Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.
- Using any form of software, script, or automated tool to interact with promotions.
Seasonal and Special Promotions
najee may offer enhanced promotions during major sporting events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments, as well as seasonal events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladeshi calendar. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available to eligible, verified account holders only.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the najee Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Fraudulent activity: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
- Money laundering: Using the najee Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. najee maintains robust Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
- Match-fixing and inside information: Placing bets using privileged, non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or participating in any agreement to fix the result of an event.
- Arbitrage and systematic exploitation: Using automated software, scripts, bots, or any systematic method to exploit pricing errors, bonus structures, or platform vulnerabilities for guaranteed profit.
- Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players in casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
- Underage access: Attempting to register or use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 18.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback, reversal, or dispute with a payment provider in relation to a deposit made to najee.
- Platform interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
Suspension by najee
najee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
- KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe.
- The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, other players, or najee's obligations under applicable law.
Upon account closure for cause, najee reserves the right to withhold some or all funds pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, any withheld balance will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request voluntary closure of your najee account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. Any active bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, najee, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions.
- Technical interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond najee's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
- Errors in live sports data feeds or third-party game outcomes.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banking institutions.
Where najee is found liable for damages notwithstanding the foregoing, its aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your najee account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Accuracy of Information
najee makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on the Platform — including odds, game rules, promotional terms, and payment information — is accurate and current. However, najee does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of such information and accepts no liability for errors or omissions. In the event of a manifest error in odds or game pricing, najee reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
10. Amendments and Governing Law
Amendments to These Terms
najee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, najee will endeavour to notify registered account holders via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Amendments take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
It is your responsibility to check these Terms regularly. najee recommends bookmarking this page and reviewing it at least once every three months, particularly ahead of major sporting seasons such as BPL and IPL when promotional terms may also be updated.
Language
These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being produced for informational purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
